Reality Based Self-Defense and Crime Prevention for Today’s World
In our intensive self-defense seminars, we’ll work through mental, verbal, and physical solutions to today’s major threats. We’ll practice both avoidance and response scenarios, such as:
- Using your voice to signal that you are not an easy target, and to attract public attention that you are in danger (Hint: Most kids and adults today are MUCH too quiet for their own safety, and have never practiced how to be loud when it becomes necessary).
- How to remain on your feet.
- How to use shrimping, crabbing, and strikes to defend yourself if you’re on the ground.
- The dangers of being taken to a secondary location.
- Your legal rights to defend yourself and stand your ground as a victim.
- Less than lethal weapons that can protect you, and even scare away an attacker BEFORE the situation becomes dangerous.
Note: While we can practice gun and knife disarm principles, we will not cover the use of knives or guns for self-defense. Both weapons require extensive training before they become an asset in self-defense, rather than a liability.
